We analyzed the previous games from Grand thef auto and they have some cheats in common, with that data we can say for sure that we would have this kind of cheats in the next game of Rockstars:

• Cheat to recover 100% of health
• Sets of weapons (at least three different codes for weapons)
• Delete the stars of police search
• Bring to the game different kind of cars with keycodes
• Get money (a lot!)
